Our pizza is the result of years of experience with the processing of the highest quality stone-ground organic flours and a long leavening process that makes it easy to digest.
Different types of dough can be found in rotation, which our staff will present to you when you order. For our dough we use water, Evo oil of Organic origin, sourdough starter without adding anything else, and for the toppings we use researched products, all to make your experience with us a pleasant one.
