At our restaurant in Riva del Garda, seafood cuisine comes from careful selection of raw materials and respect for seasonality. The proposal varies according to the catch of the day, choosing only what the sea offers at the moment to ensure freshness and quality.
On the menu are sea bream , sea bass, squid, cuttlefish, tuna, shrimp, and scampi, along with dishes that combine sea and lake, such as octopus salads, shrimp and lake fish tartare, fine first courses, and grilled or fried main courses with selected side dishes. Fish is prepared with simple and precise cooking to bring out its natural flavor, either grilled on lava stone or in more structured but balanced recipes.
